What You Actually Get When You Buy From Ayanta
Most jewellery brands ask you to join something before they will treat you properly. A tier. A points balance. A membership that quietly expires.
We do not run one. Everything below applies to every order, from your first to your fiftieth, whether we have your email address or not.
Free insured shipping across India
Every order. No minimum spend, no threshold to reach, no "spend ₹500 more to unlock free delivery" at checkout. Your parcel is insured in transit, so if it is lost or damaged on the way to you, that is our problem to solve and not yours.
Seven-day easy returns and exchanges
Silver looks different on a person than it does on a screen. If a piece is not right when it arrives — wrong length, wrong scale, wrong for the outfit you bought it for — you have seven days to send it back for a full refund or an exchange.
Hallmarked 925 sterling silver, every piece
Not plated. Not "silver-tone". Not silver-coloured alloy sold under a word that has quietly stopped meaning anything on Indian websites. Every Ayanta piece is hallmarked 925 sterling silver, finished hypoallergenic and nickel-free so it is wearable by people whose skin reacts to almost everything else.
This is the part we would rather you never had to think about. It is also the part most worth checking, wherever you buy silver — including from us.
The Inner Circle — what it actually is
We keep an email list. Here is precisely what it does:
-
Early access to new collections. New pieces go to the list before they go anywhere else.
-
Restock alerts. If a piece is sold out, you can ask to be told the moment it returns — and you will be told about that specific piece, not sent a general newsletter.
-
Festive edits. A short note when we put together something for a particular occasion.
-
Seasonal offers, first. We run occasional offers around festivals. When we do, the list hears about them before the homepage does.
What it is not: a standing discount. We are not going to tell you there is a permanent 15% waiting for you, because there is not, and a brand that permanently discounts by 15% has simply priced everything 15% too high.
Why there is no membership programme
Because the things a membership usually promises — fair pricing, free delivery, honest metal, a returns policy that is not a maze — should not be a reward for loyalty. They should be the baseline, and charging for them, or gating them behind a signup, is a way of admitting that the standard offer was not good enough.
So there is no tier to climb here. There is silver, priced honestly, delivered free, and returnable if you do not love it.
