Welcome to Ayanta Jewels, operated by Ayanta Global LLP ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of ayantajewels.com and any purchase you make from us.
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes.
2. Our Products
Purity. All jewellery sold by Ayanta Global LLP is crafted in 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% copper for durability. Every piece is nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic.
Handcrafted variation. Our pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in finish, colour tone, stone placement or dimensions may occur between items and from the photographs shown. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.
Plated finishes. Items described as gold finish or rose gold finish are 925 sterling silver with a plated surface. Plating naturally wears over time with regular use; this is normal and not a manufacturing fault.
Product images. We photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently across screens and devices.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Where a struck-through price is displayed alongside the selling price, it represents the maximum retail price for that item.
- Prices, product descriptions and promotional offers may change at any time without notice.
- In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an error has occurred in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount using your original payment method.
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible after dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend an order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping across India is free and fully insured until the parcel reaches you. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your pincode. Customised orders may take up to 7 working days.

6. Exchanges and Refunds
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery on unused, unworn items returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

7. Care and Warranty
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes with exposure to air, moisture, perfume and cosmetics. Each order includes an anti-tarnish pouch. To keep your jewellery at its best, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear and store it in the pouch provided.
Tarnishing, scratches, discolouration or damage arising from normal wear, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals, water or perfume are not covered as manufacturing defects.
If you believe an item has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will assess it fairly.
8. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep all information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is always complete, accurate or error-free. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We may update content at any time without obligation to notify you.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photography, designs, text, graphics, logos and the Ayanta Jewels name — is the property of Ayanta Global LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Your Account and Conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape our content, or interfere with the operation of the site.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services for payments, delivery, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties. Please review their terms independently.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayanta Global LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
